Redondo Beach Masonry is a licensed masonry contractor working across Redondo Beach, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach, Torrance and the Palos Verdes peninsula. We build in every material the trade covers: reinforced block and poured concrete for structure, brick and natural stone for the surfaces people actually see, stucco for the finish, and pavers and flagstone for the ground underfoot. Most of our work is residential, from a single retaining wall on a canyon lot to a full backyard with a patio, an outdoor kitchen and a set of stone steps tying the levels together. Our goal is to build masonry that outlives the people who commissioned it. A wall we put up should still be dead plumb in fifty years, a brick facade should still be shedding water long after the paint on the house has been redone four times, and a repair should be invisible from the street the week we finish it. We would rather turn down a job than take a shortcut on a footing or a drain line that nobody would see for a decade. - Drainage. Gravel backfill, filter fabric and a drain line to daylight are non-negotiable, and the run to daylight is longer on some lots than others.
- Access. If a mini excavator cannot reach the work, the dig and the material both move by hand, and that is labor.
