How We Work
Site walk, written scope, permit, build. One crew lead from the first visit through final cleanup.
1. Design, appliances and utilities
We lay out the run, confirm the appliances you want and their real cutout dimensions, and plan the gas, water, electrical and venting. You approve a design and a price before anything is ordered.
2. Slab, permits and rough-in
We pour or verify the slab, file for the permits the gas and electrical work require, and get the utility lines run and inspected before the block goes up.
3. Build, finish and commissioning
Block structure, appliance fitting, countertop, and the face in stone, brick or stucco. We test every appliance, run a masonry oven through its curing schedule, and walk you through it before we leave.
Features We Build

Built-in grills set into block islands with counter space, storage drawers, refrigeration, side burners and sinks. Sized around the appliances you choose rather than a standard module.
Fire pits
Gas or wood burning, round or rectangular, at seat height or ground level. Built in block and faced to match the patio, with a proper burner assembly and ignition on gas units.
Outdoor fireplaces
A full masonry fireplace with a firebox, flue and hearth, which anchors a seating area the way a fire pit cannot. Wood burning or gas, and typically the largest single feature in a yard.
Pizza ovens
